The JITO Pune Ladies Wing successfully organised an insightful and empowering session on “Decoding Career Growth” on 24th February 2026 at CRU Mall, Gangadham, from 3:00 PM onwards.

The session featured esteemed speaker Dr Pinkky Mehtta (PhD – Numerology), who shared powerful perspectives on navigating career paths with confidence and clarity. She beautifully decoded key aspects of career growth, emphasising the importance of self-belief, clarity in decision-making, overcoming self-doubt, and strengthening personal authority. Her practical insights, relatable examples, and engaging delivery style made the session deeply impactful and thought-provoking for all attendees.

The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from 60 members. Their active involvement, thoughtful questions, and vibrant energy contributed immensely to the overall success of the session. The interactive atmosphere reflected the eagerness of members to learn, grow, and evolve professionally.
