The JITO Pune Ladies Wing successfully conducted an enriching session titled “Beyond Labels – 3: Unbreakable Within: Fitness & Nutrition” on 16th February 2026 at 3:00 PM at the JITO Office, Raviraj CRU Mall, Pune.
The session was led by Ms Lopa Mudra, Women’s Fitness Specialist (WFS) certified by NASM, USA, who shared valuable insights on holistic wellness and emphasised the powerful connection between fitness, nutrition, and mental resilience. Her practical and relatable approach made the session highly engaging and impactful.
