JITO Ladies Wing successfully organised the first session of its inspiring Beyond Labels Series titled “Your Money Matters – So Do YOU” – Practical Financial Awareness for Women on 7th February 2026 at the JITO Office.

The session was conducted by Dr. Kavita Rao, MD & CEO – Global Investment Banking, who brought her vast expertise and practical insights to empower women with financial confidence and clarity.

The objective of the session was to help women develop:

• A clear understanding of personal finances
• Confidence in making everyday money decisions
• Awareness of savings, financial planning, and growth opportunities
• Reduced fear and hesitation around financial conversations

Dr Rao simplified complex financial concepts and emphasised the importance of financial independence, informed decision-making, and proactive wealth planning. The interactive format encouraged participants to ask questions and openly discuss financial concerns, making the session highly engaging and impactful.

The initiative was led by Diginari Convener Achala Bhandari, under the guidance of Chairperson Ekta Bhansali and the dedicated Ladies Wing team, whose coordinated efforts ensured the event's smooth execution.

The session received an enthusiastic response from attendees and marked a strong beginning to the Beyond Labels Series, reinforcing JITO Ladies Wing’s commitment to empowering women beyond traditional roles and labels.
