Surya Namaskar Abhiyan – 31st January, 2026
The JITO Pune Chapter Foundation successfully organised the Surya Namaskar Abhiyan on 31st January, 2026, at Yash Lawns, to promote physical fitness, discipline, and holistic well-being through yoga.
Ved Brahma Yoga Classes, led by Yog Guru Rakhee Gugale, an International Gold Medalist, guided the initiative. Her professional guidance, motivation, and disciplined approach inspired participants to perform Surya Namaskar with proper technique and dedication.
Participants reported at the venue between 6:00 AM and 6:30 AM, and the session commenced in a serene and energetic atmosphere. Enthusiastic participation was witnessed across all age groups, reflecting strong community engagement and growing awareness of healthy lifestyle practices.
To encourage excellence and commitment, prizes were awarded for:
- Highest number of Surya Namaskar (108 and above) – First three positions
- Special Prizes for the Eldest Achiever and Youngest Achiever
