JITO Youth Wing Presents: Boss Lady Connect – Launch of the Women Entrepreneurship Cell

On 8th May 2025, the JITO Youth Wing proudly launched the Women Entrepreneurship Cell under its flagship initiative “Boss Lady Connect”, at the serene Earth House, Salunke Vihar.

The event featured an inspiring keynote by Anjana Mascarenhas, Founder and MD of DIVA Pageants and National Director of Mrs. Universe, Mrs. India, and Mrs. Maharashtra. A celebrated mentor and trailblazer in the beauty and personal development industry, Anjana shared valuable insights on Mastering Business Etiquette and Body Language, empowering attendees to command presence and professionalism in every sphere of business and leadership.

The session also included an interactive group bonding activity, fostering connection and collaboration among aspiring and established women entrepreneurs. One of the key highlights was “Craft Your Brand: Introduction & Vision Board”, a creative exercise encouraging participants to define their personal and professional vision through introspection and design.
