The "Decoding Health: Your Habits, Your Medicine" session with Shri Atul Shah was an insightful and engaging experience, jointly organized by the JITO Ahmednagar Ladies Wing along with the Youth Wing. The session saw an enthusiastic participation of 100+ attendees, eager to gain knowledge on holistic well-being. Shri Atul Shah covered key topics such as health motivation, regulating sugar & BP levels, the benefits of clapping, and the importance of balancing the five elements of nature for a healthier life. He emphasized the role of food, water, sunlight, breathing, and fasting in maintaining wellness and explained the difference between living and dead food. The discussion also highlighted lifestyle diseases, detox through sweat and fasting, and the body's natural healing abilities. A special highlight was the welcome drink and salad prepared using his own recipes, which was appreciated by all attendees.
